What we collect
When you buy a product we collect the email address you provide and the details of your order. We do not create an account for you and we do not ask for a password.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We retain only the identifiers Stripe gives us so we can match a payment to your order, and you can access your purchases later.
How we use your email address
We use it to deliver your purchase, to send secure access links when you request them, and to notify you about meaningful product updates. Requesting an access link is the only way to reach your product library, so this address is essential to the service rather than optional marketing.
Analytics
We use product analytics to understand how the store is used and to improve it. Session replay may be enabled; it is configured not to capture payment fields, access tokens, or the contents of your emails.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your personal information. Where a purchase is involved we may need to retain the transaction record for accounting and legal reasons, but we will remove what we are not required to keep.
